A little more perspective
The endpoints are the Horseshoe Falls' crest and the receiving river surface. Its approximate 670-meter crest length follows the curved rim; it is not the straight width of a frontal illustration.
This entry selects Horseshoe Falls rather than combining it with the American and Bridal Veil Falls. The deep plunge pool beneath the receiving surface is excluded. Mist and changing flow do not create an additional measured height.
