The Skyscraper Center lists 306 meters for both architectural and tip height, using its defined pedestrian-entrance datum. The building operator’s About page gives 309.6 meters without resolving that difference on the page. This comparison consistently uses the Council’s entry; it does not claim the discrepancy has been reconciled.
At the selected 306-meter value, the glass crown sits 24 meters below the catalog’s 330-meter Eiffel Tower. Substituting 309.6 would change that gap, so the source and datum belong with the displayed number.
