A little more perspective
Even the small details are enormous. The National Park Service lists her index finger at 2.44 metres long. It is longer than the 1.75-metre reference person is tall, although finger length and standing height are different measurements.
Look closely at the torch: the current version was installed in 1986 and is covered in gold leaf. The original is now displayed in the Statue of Liberty Museum. A recognizable outline can carry more than one chapter of history.
