Transport for NSW’s conservation-management plan states that the top of the arch is 134 meters above mean sea level. The dimension does not begin at the deck or at the deepest foundation.
The bounded elevation retains the arch’s full rise and the lower roadway. Water is excluded from the cutout, but the comparison baseline represents mean sea level. Stone pylons remain supporting context rather than the highest measured feature.
