A little more perspective
The Skyscraper Center lists architectural and tip height at 322.5 meters, while the highest occupied floor is 235 meters. Using that floor as the top would remove much of the crown and spire from the comparison.
Its tip is 5.5 meters below Auckland’s 328-meter Sky Tower at the stated values. The two structures use quite different upper assemblies: a shaped building crown and needle on Q1, and observation pods with a communications mast on Sky Tower.
