A little more perspective

The Skyscraper Center’s complex record gives 206.9 meters to both the architectural top and tip. Its component table rounds the tallest towers to 207 meters and lists the middle tower lower. This record uses the explicit maximum and does not claim that all three towers have identical individual heights.

The broad SkyPark remains a horizontal roof connection, not a fourth vertical tower. The artwork represents the original resort group and podium, with an interpretive footprint. A future fourth hotel tower is outside this fixed configuration; the width is not an independently surveyed catalog value.
