A little more perspective

Sri Lanka’s Ministry of Mass Media gives 350 meters in its account of the completed tower opening to the public. The selected value is a full structural height, rather than the height of the flower-shaped head alone.

The illustration keeps the green shaft, pink lotus head and upper mast as one object. At the catalog values it stands 18 meters below Berlin’s Fernsehturm and 17 meters above Tokyo Tower. The surrounding lake and gardens are excluded.
