A little more perspective
Bouygues Construction, whose BYMARO subsidiary built the mosque, gives a 200-meter minaret. The mosque foundation also gives 200 meters, while separately describing a 15.5-meter ornamental jamour. The foundation’s prose does not establish that the ornament should be added to its headline value, so no 215.5-meter total is invented.
The minaret is isolated from the prayer hall and sea platform. The comparison uses the builder’s named total; it is not a fresh survey of every decorative component. The green surface detail and fine top remain interpretive.
