A little more perspective
APSARA National Authority identifies the central peak, or Bakan Tower, as about 65 meters high in its November 10, 2023 account. The reference is the central peak of the temple rather than the height of a small tower measured only above its upper terrace.
The selected central structure rises through several supporting levels. The surrounding enclosure, moat and broad temple grounds are outside this bounded view. Keeping the lower levels visible prevents a terrace-to-tip illustration from being assigned a ground-to-tip number.
