Arianespace’s May 2018 Soyuz CSG User’s Manual marks the assembled ST launch vehicle at 46.2 meters high in Figure 1.5.1a. The configuration includes four strap-on boosters, the core and third stage, Fregat, and the ST payload fairing. This is the satellite-launch reference rather than a crewed Soyuz spacecraft with an escape tower.

The manual lists the ST fairing at 4.110 meters in diameter and 11.433 meters long, with a 10.3-meter overall envelope across the lower booster assembly. Those parts belong to one assembled vehicle. The comparison uses the fairing tip and lowest engine plane as its vertical endpoints, excluding launch-pad supports.
