A little more perspective
The rover-components specification lists 2.2 meters alongside 7 feet. Both expressions are rounded, so the metric figure controls this comparison. Equal listed heights do not make Perseverance and Curiosity identical designs: their mechanical and scientific equipment differ.
The selected illustration keeps the rover on a level baseline with the mast deployed. The arm stays below the highest structure. This is a configuration reference rather than a terrain-dependent measurement or a representation of the rover’s present surface condition.
