A little more perspective
Creative Bloq’s ILM production reporting gives Megatron a 35-foot model for most of the film and identifies a separate 40-foot model. This record selects 35 feet, or 10.668 meters. Michael Bay’s earlier set interview estimates about 34 feet; that disagreement is retained rather than averaged.
The selected outline is the silver robot design from the first live-action film. It fixes an upright pose for comparison without claiming that every shot or alternate configuration uses identical scale.
Quick facts
The ordinary 2007 Megatron model is reported at 35 feet tall, about 10.67 meters. A larger 40-foot model and an earlier director estimate are kept separate.
