A little more perspective
Toho’s original release announcement gives the 2016 Godzilla a 118.5-meter size, also reproduced in Japan’s official Media Arts Festival award outline. This record applies that published value to the upright fourth form, with the head above the body. It does not assign the same height to the film’s earlier forms.
The long tail extends across the scene, but its illustrated length is not independently measured. Use the vertical comparison to see how this incarnation differs from the original 1954 and MonsterVerse records.
Quick facts
Shin Godzilla’s developed 2016 form uses the published 118.5-meter reference. Its tail length and earlier evolutionary forms are separate dimensions and versions.
