The NOAA/NASA GOES-R program diagram gives 70 meters and labels the fairing, second stage, boosters, grid fins, engines, and landing legs. The illustration follows that full launch configuration with landing legs folded against the bodies.
At the catalog values, Falcon Heavy and the 70-meter Falcon 9 reach the same top line. That equal height does not mean they have equal widths or launch capabilities. The launch structure and any engine plume are excluded.
